Judge John D. Bates of the Federal District Court of the District of Columbia told the Department of Homeland Security that it “must accept and process new as well as renewal DACA applications.”

HSPRD filed an amicus brief in support of DACA before the Court, arguing on behalf of law enforcement leaders that DACA helps to improve community trust and public safety.
